Family Support Team Meetings
Family Support Team Meetings bring together
people who will come alongside the family, help
them set goals, hold them accountable and reward
their success. Crisis and case management and
referrals are made through a network of community
partners.
GED Preparation, Higher Education and Job and
Life Skills Training
Adults are encouraged to work on their GED in Metro
Kids Konnection’s Community Technology Center.
Open daily from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., adults have
access to a large variety of classes, are able to
search for employment and access services. Metro
staff is available for personal assistance in
accomplishing their goals.
Moving up and Moving out…Future Homeowners
Adults who have the motivation and commitment to
work towards home ownership will be assisted in
creating a Family Action Plan to build the values,
skills and resources necessary for future home
ownership. Partnerships in the community will
provide some of the training and resources needed.
